My Life With Psoriasis

It has been very long since I posted, isn’t it? I have been very very busy. I went to East Malaysia to take care of some work for the company, and I have been out of touch with the whole world for quite some time. My Olivenol supply is nearing the end, and only today I have been reading the emails sent out by the folks are Triniare! Gosh it sucks to be internet-less and contact-less with the outside world!

Before I went, I had to get a haircut and with the P sores very much visible, I had no choice but to use the Dermovate cream for a week to remove it. I had been hoping for Olivenol to show the results soon, but it’s not a miracle cure. I guess my body has to take longer to adjust and accept it.  My sores on the scalp look minimal now that I used the cream, but I gotta stop using it gradually. The problem is, my hair is very short, and now that I’m back in the cold air-conditioned office, the sores will start becoming very dry, and visible by 11 am. And it’s never comfortable to be answering to people about my condition, simply because not everyone is understanding and accomodating.

It’s only when I got back that I saw the email advising us to go back to the 2ml twice a day regime. I have been on the 1ml twice a day after the initial 3 weeks period ended.

Stress has been an issue that is present for the last month for me. Office work + freelance business is taking up most of my time being awake. I get by with around 7 hrs of sleep per day, yet at the end I’m dog tired. Maybe this stress also plays a certain part in my stubborn P condition.
